I'm a former English teacher turned stay-at-home mom to my three boys (ages 4, 6, and 8) turned creative and business owner.

I've been a mom now for a little over eight years and a working adult for almost ten... and in the beginning, it was rough.

It felt like I was just shoved off a cliff into endless tasks and responsibilities to maintain. Or sometimes like life kept throwing balls to catch and juggle, and I had to figure out quickly (!) which were glass and which were plastic when they fell.

I just needed someone to tell me how to keep it all together. So after almost a decade of trial and error (and endless scattered notebooks), I've collected all of my lessons learned into simple systems that anyone can use.

This really has been my answer to finding a flow in adult life, and I am so happy to share with you!
