We recommend a weekly practice sitting down with your MB and you Google cal (or wherever you put reminders throughout your day).
First, jot down any events you have in the week ahead or recurring events like basketball practice, a yoga class, etc.
Next, circle symbols for the week's weather and your cycle (this helps you know what kinds of meals to plan/what you'll be in the mood for so we waste less groceries!).
Then, plan out the week's meals (think about your energy and time!). While you're planning, flip to the grocery list to add any ingredients you need from the store.
This is also a great time to plan out your weekly chores and exercise (and when exactly they can happen!).
Q: When will my planner ship?
A: Pre-sale planners will be shipped end of November 2025.
Q: Do you ship internationally outside the U.S.?
A: We offer $20 shipping to Canada, but unfortunately nowhere else at this time. If you live outside the U.S. and want to join MB, our Digital iPad Planner and Printable Planner will be available in December (you can join the waitlist here).
Q: What’s your refund policy?
A: Products are only eligible for a return if they are still in their original shrinkwrap seal. This ensures each planner is protected and each customer has the same great opening experience. To action a return please fill out a support ticket via the support center at the bottom of this page.
You don't need another to-do list. You need a system that thinks the way you think.
Motherboard was built for women who do it all — and think for everyone.
It’s your mental headquarters for the home, your routines, and your goals… so your brain can finally rest.
She's not just a planner. She's peace of mind you can hold.
The tried & tested weekly planning framework
Motherboard’s layouts help you see your time — not just list it. When you can visualize the puzzle pieces of your week, you can finally fit life together intentionally.
1. Transfer your events from your Google Calendar to your physical planner to block out the time. This helps you visualize your week and actually remember the events you created weeks ago.
2. Look at the weather and where you are in your cycle. This will help inform ~the vibes~ of the week - what kind of food you'll actually want, what kinds of workouts you'll want to do, etc.
3. Plan your meals using steps 1 and 2 (and a quick glance at what you already have in your pantry). Really think about what your time and energy will look like each day - low energy or low time days = low effort meals needed.
4. Plan your to-do's. What needs to get done this week and when can you realistically make it happen?
5. Plan your habits. When exactly will you be exercising, having your social and partner time, weekly chores, hobbies, etc.?
Take a look inside...
Identity Based Habits create lasting change
Motherboard helps you cast a clear vision so your brain stops spinning its wheels. When you can see the big picture, peace follows.
Systems for Brain Space
By building small, repeatable systems, you quiet the constant “what’s next?” hum in your mind.
Systems create room for presence.
Monthly Habit Trackers
Each month starts with our blank viral habit tracker - a visual tool to bring front of mind and track what is important to you in this particular season.
Time as a Puzzle
Having a visual plan takes so much friction and mental effort out of your days. No more guessing, misjudging, and ultimately feeling defeated.
Seeing your time is believing in your control - and the key to confidence, peace, and calm.

Obsessed is an understatement !!
The motherboard planner was a game change for me in 2025! The weekly schedule dump from digital to paper cemented things in my brain like never before. Cannot wait to MB my way through 2026! ✨💫
I've used this every week in 2025 and it was so helpful to have a space to brain dump everything in one place!
Will be ordering every year until we are all implanted with calendar brain chips and paper planners cease to exist!!
I have been working hard to work WITH my brain since my adhd diagnosis, and your planner has honestly been the best thing I've found to help me attempt to lessen the overwhelm of it all.
Truly your page and your planner have changed my life
This planner has become a tool for our family and has helped my husband get on the same literal page... you are creating light for families that need help out of the unscheduled dark trenches ❤️
This is the only planner I've ever ACTUALLY used for a whole year !! and now I can't imagine a year without it - thank you!
I wish I could explain how attached I am to this planner. It's like my right hand.
I can't wait to use it again this year! and been telling all of my friends ❤️
Grounded in science. Made for real life.
Time-Blocking Made Easy — See your days visually so you stop feeling like you’re always behind.
Cycle Syncing Integration — Plan around your energy, not against it.
Goal & Habit Pages — Build consistency and confidence one small win at a time.
Meal, Schedule + Notes in One Place — Because your brain deserves one hub, not twelve apps.
A weekly rhythm to ground you...
Created by a mom who was tired of feeling behind.
“I've been a mom now for almost 10 years and a working adult for more... and in the beginning, it was rough. It felt like I was shoved off a cliff into endless tasks and responsibilities to maintain - like life kept throwing me balls to catch and juggle, and I had to figure out quickly which were glass and which were plastic when they fell.
I just needed someone to tell me how to keep it all together... so after almost a decade of trial and error (and endless scattered notebooks), I put all the lessons I learned into the Motherboard.
This system gave me a sense of peace and confidence I really couldn't have imagined for myself in the years I was struggling — and I am so happy to get to share it with you.”
